We accept returns only for items that arrive in a damaged condition or if the delivered size differs from what you originally ordered. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible, as we source products from the USA, and returning items to the original store after they have been delivered to Pakistan is not feasible.
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
