1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 weeks after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.
  • Once your order reaches Pakistan, it takes an additional 3-4 days for delivery to your local address.
  • If you need something on a priority basis, please get in touch with us through our Custom Order Service or message us on WhatsApp. In any case, we need at least 2 weeks to get your orders from the USA to arrive in Pakistan.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We offer nationwide delivery within Pakistan for import orders (from US brands/websites) and worldwide delivery for international customers who want to order something from Pakistan through ourĀ Shopping Service.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer local delivery across Pakistan for a flat rate of PKR 400, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • For international delivery, we provide a final shipping quote before confirming your order, and it depends on the total weight of your shipment and the destination country.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Pakistan: 2-4 weeks
  • International (USA, UK, Canada, Middle East, and other countries): 7-21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details (address & phone number) to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipment Packaging

  • To reduce weight and save on shipping costs, we may remove unnecessary packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, bulky cardboard) unless requested otherwise.

8. Tracking & Support

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
